How to schedule your member sessions
Step 1: Purchase Your Membership
Go to our Memberships Page. Select the training option (INTRO, ELITE, PRO) that fits your needs and complete checkout securely. Once purchased, your sessions will renew each cycle until you cancel.
Step 2: Access Your Training Credits
After checkout, your account is connected, you will see a link in your confirmation email to our booking system. Your selection includes training credits and are automatically added to your account.
Step 3: Book Your Training Sessions
That link will take you to the scheduling page. Choose your date and time from the available schedule. When you log in with the same email you used to purchase your sessions, the system will recognize your credits. Complete your booking — no payment is needed at this step since it’s already covered by your credits. The system will take you through a check out process, but it will be at $0.00 and is only there to confirm your selected date and time. Complete the checkout process and you are scheduled.
Step 4: Ongoing Access
Each cycle, your credits refresh. You can continue booking sessions as long as your membership is active. If you cancel, your credits will remain valid until the end of the current cycle.
Important Reminder
Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your scheduled session to complete your warm-up and prep work. Please note that it is up to you to schedule your sessions. Those who are on weekly sessions, will be required to schedule their sessions on a weekly basis. We will not do it for you. Those on a monthly setup can pre-select their dates based on the credits their training sessions provide. We do not refund after a session has been paid and no shows are not tolerated.
